Read by Edward Dalmas
Edward Dalmas is “the most interesting voice in the world”, voicing network television promos, movie and videogame trailers, television and radio commercials, starring in videogames and animation, narrating audiobooks and documentaries, imaging for radio stations…pretty much anything and everything with a story.
He might be called the most versatile voice in the world if not for being so damned interesting.
Born in Brockton, MA, Edward took the road less traveled in becoming a voice actor. From restless days of baseball, chamber choir, acting and school-skipping to honored years of philosophy, history and law, voiceover finally grounded this Archer into the voice of natural and wise-beyond-years authority. Clients are often shocked to hear the adeptness of his voiceprint extend to friendly parrots, a wailing babe, and horrifying creatures of the night – always with the story front and center.
Working from his studio in Marina del Rey, CA, in addition to studios in Los Angeles, Edward has near-instant access (he has to go out sometimes!) to recording locations with ISDN codec or Phone Patch, for files to be recorded remotely and/or locally, and posted in industry standard formats up to 24-bit/96kHz. (And, if you really want, he’s even available to travel to your secret, underground recording facilities…in Istanbul.)
